Our standard method for shipping is with Pos Malaysia for all orders register with serial number.
Shipping Rates : -
- Quantity below than 20 units, RM 10
- Quantity more than 20 units, Free postage
- Every items we are carefully inspected and taking every pictures to avoid fraud regarding to abuse of this policy.
- If the order was filled as requested on your email we can not refund the cost of shipping. This includes both the original cost or any cost incurred thereafter pertaining to the exchange or refund.
- All items must be returned (postmarked) within :
- 8 days of receipt/ serial number/posted- from Malaysia to Malaysia
- Please include of proof of postage arrival marked.
- Any package returned to us due to an incorrect address will be cancelled and the cost of the merchandise refunded within 3 weeks unless negotiable are made with Paint Panthera. In this case Paint Panthera will not refund the cost of shipping.

- Customer require to pay 25% of the total price which are face value and cannot be return. However, if the products defected or missing due to PaintPanthera, we will refund it fully.
